探花精选 customers can now set a simple custom Lead Grade for their leads using the 探花精选 API (HAPI). Because the Beta Custom Lead Grade requires use of the 探花精选 API, you must be using the 探花精选 Medium or 探花精选 Large product to enable this feature. Enabling this feature requires advanced technical skills.
How to enable custom lead grade
- Log in to your 探花精选 portal
- Go to Settings
- Scroll down to Lead Management
- Click on Custom Lead Grade
- Check the box marked Enable Custom Lead Grading
- Click Save Changes
- Complete the steps detailed in the on setting up your own custom lead grade
This feature is going to be of primary interest to those customers who are active users of the API.
In the future, we plan to build a fully customizable lead grade into the product itself, one which would be available to all 探花精选 users without the use of an external lead grade app or the 探花精选 API.
We are releasing this as an interim, Beta feature so that those customers who wish to can use this functionality while we work on expanding our full suite of lead features.
